You Lemonade chimonade lingering around in my life
Does it really matter how much I love you?
For I’ve been broken countless of times, and shattered to millions of pieces.
I want to leave but my heart sings a different song
This song… with it come memories, memories I loathe
Ohh my heart haven’t you been broken enough!!!
Once you loved… And again here we are, dancing to the tunes of nature
Sometimes I wonder if you are stronger than strength
I just can’t stop questioning why you can never stand the idea of being alone
Well, I guess the feeling is inherent.
I don’t want to be your stumbling block
Yet, I still don’t want you to act affirmatively
I hate that I love you so much
For the vibes I get from you… make me so weak, knuckles knuckle against each other, heart beats beat in pauses, and you make my world freeze
Your eyes sparkle like the radiance of the setting sun.
Your vocals sing beautiful music like the strings of a violin.
No heart is able to resist such complete perfection
You make Kings bow, and I… I’ve fallen sweetly into your arms.
Day 4/52…
Can’t believe it’s down to past three weeks of this year already. Sometimes it seems like we get to fly within time, and not notice that it moves faster than we know. I guess that’s the beauty and perfection with nature, you notice the beauty around you only when you wish it to happen.
We penned this down about a year ago, yeah… that right, we! I wasn’t alone. I featured a soul that I’ve always enjoyed working with on poetry, she’s quite charming btw, and somehow I always feel in love with her writings.
In this piece, I wanted the first line to be catchy and wanted it to create some form of humor, I guess it had quite the impression. So far this, I consider to be one of the greatest piece I’ve ever featured a person. Literally as I read through it all feels like a dialogue between two people expressing their love to each other, admitting that they hate the feeling, but keep drowning in it each time of the day. Isn’t that what love is meant to be? feeling like part of you you wouldn’t wish anyone to reach a re being explored by someone, with being powerless except to just give in to them.
Here we are dancing to the tunes of nature, playing with the senses, giving them a purpose, make you feel and touch that which we can’t see. That is poetry. It creates an imagery of a sort, makes you feel a voice within by just reading a line.
